Favorite part of your job? Working with staff that cares about students.

Hardest part of your job? Dealing with people who have all the answers with only part of the facs and information.

Why did you want to become a principal/superintendent? I wanted a career where I could be employed in rural Nebraska.

What advice do you have for someone considering to become a principal/superintendent? It is the most rewarding job in America, but it is not without stress.

If you weren't working at the school, what would you be doing? Playing with the grandchildren, checking cattle, and putting up hay, pruning grapes.

Community Involvement: In a town of our size, school and community involement are one.

Hobbies: I enjoy work so much that I'm not sure I have a hobby.
